Cost absorption for contraceptives

The district of Heidekreis has made a fixed amount available in a fund,

to be able to grant a financial support for contraceptives.

    WHO?       A financial help can be granted by SGB II and SGB XII as well as recipients of benefits according to the asylum seeker - Benefits Act.

     WHAT?     The financial aid can only be granted for medically prescribed contraceptives.

                          ( as well as for sterilisation woman/man)

    WHERE?    Applications can be submitted to pro familia (Nordkreis) or

                        Diakonisches Werk Walsrode (Südkreis).

    We need:     Proof of receipt of benefits, as well as presentation of the paid prescription               

                        or a doctor's bill from the current year are required.

 The support is a voluntary service provided by the district, there is no entitlement to it and it can be paid only within the limits of the money available.
